George Washington University's Data Science and Analytics student organization promotes student interest in data and analytics through guest lectures, meetups discussing industry trends, and technical skill workshops.

Join us for a 16-hour data science hackathon right on campus! GW DATA is teaming up with Microsoft for a full night of hacking, free food, drinks and over $500 in prizes. First 100 signups will receive a free Hippo Hacks customized T-Shirt. Coders, designers, stat & data nerds are welcome!

5:30 PM – 5:50 PM: Participant Check-In 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Opening Remarks 6:35 PM – 6:50 PM: The Problem/Goal for the Hackathon 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Workshop: Intro to APIs on Python 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM: Dinner & forming teams 9:30 PM: Start hacking! 2:00 AM – 3:00 AM: Game Break 8:30 AM: Stop hacking! 8:45 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Presentation Fair to Judges 10:40 AM – 11:00 AM: Awards
