#MiamiHacksClimateChange with ClimateChampions (C2) Games  

EcoTech Visions is Miami's first green incubator and makerspace.We assist entrepreneurs in creating, planning, and launching innovative and “green” manufacturing businesses in South Florida. More than just some business workshop, we offer high-quality business resources, maker space, office space and event space to support the development of products made with recycled materials.We built EcoTech to provide an intense incubation experience for entrepreneurs that greatly enhances the potential for success upon launching into the market. We will launch innovative and environmentally-conscious ideas that would otherwise remain dormant and inactive due to limited resource availability.We are undertaking the creation of the first green city in America with goals of spreading the development framework globally.  Our flagship location is within the Green corridor in Miami Florida. The Green Corridor helps focus economic development in order to encourage companies and entrepreneurs dealing with renewable energy, energy efficiency, and environmentally beneficial technologies to locate within Miami-Dade County.

Ecotech Visions

EcoTech Visions (ETV) and Florida International University’s (FIU’s) College of Communications, Architecture, + The Arts (CARTA), with FIU’sthe Sea Level Solution Center (SLSC) and Institute of Water and Environment (InWE) and with Miami Dade College’s The Idea Center (IDC), is hosting an unprecedented global event & Facebook Live Broadcast on Friday night, April 5, 2019 from 8:30 PM to Midnight and on Sunday, April 6, 2019 from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM to present the #MiamiHackClimateChange with ClimateChampions (C2) Games and evaluate opportunities create a genre of C2 games that are:
I) Thoughtful, highly educational, and very entertaining “Epic Games To Save the World”
II) Designed to migrate what was learned and acted upon in the virtual world to a real one that is improved to achieve the Paris Agreement objectives and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Hackathon Attendees Info: Plan to sleep over. Bring your sleeping bag, toiletries, comfortable/workout attire suggested, refillable water bottle, and laptop. 
We are providing Yoga classes, Reiki Classes, Capoeira, a place to sleep, Showers,  6 meals, Alcohol, Coffee, and Water to ensure you can work in a comfortable and fun environment!
