3 Days of code is an event that combines coding competition and hackathon to gauge students’ programming and problem-solving skills organised by IT Society MMU Cyberjaya. It is happening from 19-21 April 2019 and is open to all undergraduates from universities around the world. 
 
CODING COMPETITION
Coding competition is a timed competition whereby individual participants would be given a set of questions to solve through coding. You are required to bring your own laptop and allowed to bring any written materials (handwritten notes, textbook or language manual) for reference. It will be held on 19th April 2019.
3 cash prizes will be awarded for the top 3 individuals!
 
HACKATHON
Hackathon is a team-based competition where participants are required to work together in their team to produce a source code based on the topic given during the event day. Participants are allowed to join as a team consisting of a maximum of 4 people and a minimum of 2 people. Don't have a team? Don't worry! There will be a team-forming session on the first day of the Hackathon. You are required to bring a laptop and any device that you need. We will provide you with a designated sleeping area and food during the hackathon, however, you need to bring your own sleeping bag and toiletries.
The hackathon will be held on 19th April 2019 - 21st April 2019. 
3 cash prizes will be awarded for the top 3 teams!
A special award will be rewarded to a team that qualifies for the special element.

FAQs 
Can I join both of the competition?
Yes, you can join both of the competitions. We have arranged a separate time frame for both competitions to accommodate participants who are interested in joining both competitions.
 
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Nope, you can join as long as you are an undergraduate student from a university.
 
I'm a foreigner, can I join the event? 
If you are an undergraduate student, you can join this event. 
 
What's the refund policy?
No refund at any time.
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
No, the name of the ticket needs to be matched with the person who attends.
 
Is there any specific programming language that is allowed?
There is no restriction on the programming language to be used for the hackathon. However, for coding competition, only 10 programming languages listed below can be used:-

What if I withdraw before the competition/hackathon ends?
You can withdraw before the competition/hackathon ends, but we won't give you any refund.
