Abstract
<A HREF="https://workonblockchain.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">workonblockchain.com</A> invite you to an evening deep dive session where we will take a short plunge into the world of decentralised finance, concentrating on how new paradigms brought about through blockchain technology can reshape the means by which we transfer value.
The session will begin with an introduction to the problem in this space, followed by specific examples of decentralised exchanges in use today and the characteristics by which they can be categorised. We will take a thorough look at the most important of these examples, critiquing the design and relative merits of each. Lastly, we'll take a look at the future of the space, followed by a question and answer session with the presenter.

Harry Wright is a blockchain developer, currently working as a freelancer and previously part of the team at Totle and Calastone. Subsequent to the realisation in 2016 that blockchain has further reaching consequences than shady drug deals, he's dedicated his time to gaining a low-level understanding of the technology ever since. Harry's predominant interest is in novel applications of smart contracts and best-practice for their secure implementation. Harry is also a core mentor at workonblockchain.com developer bootcamp.
