Techstars Startup Weekends are 54-hour events designed to provide superior experiential education for technical and non-technical entrepreneurs. The weekend is centered around action, innovation, and education. Techstars Startup Weekends are the perfect environment in which to test ideas and take the first steps towards launching a startup.

Become an entrepreneur within a weekend!
Calling All Young Entrepreneurs Startup Weekend invites budding entrepreneurs in years 14-19, to take an idea from nothing to something, pitch to prototype, in just 2 days.
Everyone can join! You don’t have to have technical skills or have discovered your talent yet. Any student interested in startups, launching a business, entrepreneurship, or creative problem solving is encouraged to register. Students will pitch ideas, form teams around the top ideas, conduct customer research, and work intensely to build a prototype that illustrates the potential of their business. Startup Weekend culminates in a pitch competition where teams present their business and demonstrate their prototype to a panel of local entrepreneurs.
What is Startup Weekend?
<A HREF="http://startupweekend.org/" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="Link: http://startupweekend.org/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Startup Weekend</A>, powered by Google for Entrepreneurs, is a non-profit entrepreneurship education event. In just 2 days, you will pitch your own idea and form a team or join someone else's team, do market research, build a product (Sat), and demonstrate your business in front of judges and potential investors (Sun). Come to be a hero to change the world!
No Talk, All Action! Startup Weekend demands teamwork, creativity, determination, and focus from all participants! While each team will have access to an adult coach, every team will be expected to manage itself in order to optimize time. 
Grand prize! The final winning team will receive scholarships from The Academy for the Talented of the University of Hong Kong to join the International Symposium on STEM Education which aims at bringing 100 students around the globe to HKU for academic exchange in summer 2019.
