I would like to work on A/V (Audio Visual)▪︎Managing slide shows on screen▪︎Playing music▪︎Managing microphones etc5. I would like to be a Hackathon Room Director: [1 Volunteer leader for each room]- Ensuring each of the 15 teams have an adult Project Manager volunteer.- Managing a room to ensure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.- Ensuring all instructors, teams and team leaders keep time.- Removing all obstacles.- Ensuring we are fostering a fun and positive environment and experience for all.- Lots of high fives and hyping the teams!!!! - Directing the presentations and judging in the room at the end of the Hacking session. [There will be 7 teams in Hack Room 1 and 8 Teams in Hack Room 2]. - Each team will have 3 minutes to demo their solution.6. I would like to work on Live Streaming the STEAM Achievers HackAutism Speaker Series on Facebook and hype the event on STEAM Achievers Facebook:- Tagging participating organizations plus all relevant tags: HackAutism DisabilityInclusionAutismatWorkVocationalRehabilitation TexasWorkforceCommission DepartmentoflaborEtc7.
