It’s time to bring these worlds together at Job Night: The expertise of hiring and getting hired Job Night is a gathering of innovative entrepreneurs, motivated candidates, and HR industry experts. We start off the night with an expert panel of HR industry veterans, discussing how to better understand the Swiss job market, hone your application skills, or improve your own hiring practices as a startup. Afterward, we’ll hear from our growing startups looking to hire, and break into a networking session supercharged to connect and make opportunities happen! For those on a job search, discover startups disrupting their industry (finance, real estate, medical…) who are looking for people to help them skyrocket. Many of them are looking to start expanding their team - that's where you come in! This is your chance to be part of some of the most exciting and innovative companies in Europe. Our startups will be available to answer your questions and discuss career opportunities. Interested people who are in the areas of marketing, growth hacking, events, design, business development, operations management or programming, are all welcome to this fruitful evening! With an exploratory approach, she invites companies to think differently, to imagine value-creating, innovative and up-to-date solutions. Her company, Axium offers Human Resources outsourcing services to support and improve a wide range of sectors, such as efficient recruitment, enhancing customer loyalty, employee satisfaction and digital transformation.

After replacing the CMO during her maternity leave, Fanny has led an adinterim team of 16 marketeers from a national perspective. She is in charge of the product marketing (B2C & B2B ) strategy & overall communication and content marketing for the JobCloud universe's brands (jobs.ch, jobup.ch, JobScout24)

Cyril is a technology enthusiast at heart, having deep experience as an agile IT developer and as CTO of Mt Pelerin, the first company in the world to tokenize shares in their company and have it recognized under the same protections as traditional shares by Swiss law. He has had extensive experience managing communities in Geneva, from hackathons, to DevChain, to the largest blockchain meetup in Switzerland!
