Do you have ideas that could improve health in South Florida?
A person's health is determined by much more than medical treatment or clinical visits. Access to a safe place to live, nutritious food options, transportation, employment, social acceptance, mental health and addiction support, and many other factors affect health outcomes. These social determinants of health are critically important reasons why we get ill and stay ill in today's society.
SBC Digital Health Miami and MIT Hacking Medicine are calling on South Florida's top healthcare, technology, and social innovation thinkers and doers to join the Miami Healthcare Hackathon.
Come out and collaborate with us on finding solutions to these  issues -- because together, we can improve health outcomes in South Florida. All professionals, students, and interested community members are welcome to join the Miami Healthcare Hackathon.

9:30: Problem identification 10:00: Formation of teams to work on problems identified 10:30: Hacking Begins! 12:00: Lunch 1:00: Afternoon Session 5:00: Social hour
