<P CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>Reshapers of the Future Hackathon challenges you to solve current challenges of our city in order to build a better Bucharest of tomorrow. From public administration, to traffic, parking, commuting and pollution there is a lot of space to innovate. You can build a desktop application, an mobile app, a dashbord or basically any kind digital product.</SPAN></P>

<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>We welcome both people with experience in different programming languages like C++, C# / .NET / Java, etc. or other tehnologies and people with experience in product management/ product development, UX/ UI , business analysis and other related business fields. </SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN><BR></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>You can either participate as an individual (available only for developers) or you can be part of a team up to 4 people ( we strongly encourage to have in your team people with different skills).</SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN><BR></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>You must bring your own laptop to the hackathon. </SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN><BR></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>If you are a product manager or a business person you need to team up with at least one developer in order to be able to participate in the hackathon and solve the challenge. </SPAN></DIV>

<P CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>The hackathon is free of charge but we will have a selection phase for the participants.</SPAN></P>
