To keep up with the speed of continuous change and stay competitive in the future, we need to focus on strengthening our learning and development culture. 
We really want your help, your thoughts and your creative ideas on how our organization will grow in the opportunities and challenges of the future. 
So we will be really happy to meet you in Learning Hackathon, October 18th in Riga.
A Hackathon is a great creative workshop with innovative methods that will give us potential answers to the questions we will ask ourselves:

<LI>How can we create a culture where we dare to test new things - and learn from it? </LI>
<LI>How can we learn from each other through collaboration?</LI>
</UL>
Together with other colleagues, you will discuss, experiment and develop prototypes that you after hackathon test and translate into practice at home.
Come and be ready to bring it into action, bring it out and make it happen!
