<LI>12-12:30pm: Introduction and networking</LI>
<LI>12:30-2:00pm: Present vision, discuss results from previous hackathons, and explain the plan for the next hackathon</LI>
<LI>2-4:30pm: Start gathering ideas, based on top social needs and challenges, and forming teams</LI>
<LI>4:30-5pm: Closing and Next Steps</LI>

<P>About the Hackathon:</P>
<H2>In Venezuela today....</H2>
<H3 CLASS="text-align-center">Economic catastrophe --&gt; 1 Million % inflation projected at the end of 2018</H3>
<H3 CLASS="text-align-center">Major Migration Crisis in The Americas --&gt; 4 million displaced across borders </H3>
<H3 CLASS="text-align-center">Human Rights Violations --&gt; 340+ political prisoners</H3>
<H3 CLASS="text-align-center">Venezuelans with mobile phones --&gt; 30 million</H3>

<H2 CLASS="text-align-center">We'll use mobile technology, AI, and blockchain to code projects to: </H2>
<UL>
<LI>Connect the worldwide Venezuelan community</LI>
<LI>Create an accessible database and platform to connect engineers for social good to Venezuelan-based organizations and causes that would benefit from technical support and assistance</LI>
<LI>Rebuild the country virtually</LI>
</UL>

<LI>Launch a hub for solving problems in Venezuela and to attract talent to work on it</LI>
<LI>Gather engineers for social good and intellectual leaders to discuss how to use technology to solve problems</LI>
