Often taken for granted, but it's the one thing we should never overlook! Whether you are a designer, developer, or product owner in a cross-functional team, this talk will provide valuable insights into how to drive successful outcomes through collaboration.About the speaker:Carolina is a designer with a passion for delivering innovative, intuitive and engaging solutions. She currently holds the position of Head of UX/UI Excellence at Axel Springer, where she oversees teams responsible for developing digital products and services for the news industry. Her focus is on building a strong design community, making news media technology more user-centric, and driving a design transformation to help journalism in the digital age.
