Need another excuse for a Monday night drink? We had so much fun last month, we decided to do it again! And we're so pumped for our next guest, because it's not every day you get a chance to chat with the co-founder of the first and only student-run VC fund in Israel.

From musicals to diplomacy, from startup events to quality foods, Nitzan is a serial creator, passionate supporter of Israel's startup ecosystem, and proud to be Jerusalem born and raised. 
After Nitzan's service in the Nahal Brigade, he began his entreprenurial journey, founding GOODSHABES and <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/JewishStandard/videos/10152637463728717/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SIMPLY SINGING</A>. He then joined Atid EDI, the official regional trade and investment representative office for the US states of Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.

Founded in 2012, Siftech is a bottom-up initiative of the Hebrew University Student's Union with a vision of turning Jerusalem into a lively hub of innovative and creative entrepreneurship.  Siftech established the first startup accelerator program in the city, and helped initiate countless of familiar events including <A HREF="https://creativemornings.com/cities/jlm" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CreativeMornings</A>, <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/funJerusalem/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FuckupNights</A>, <A HREF="http://hujihackathon.co.il/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HujiHackathon</A> and many more.

Nitzan holds a B.A in Business Management and Middle Eastern Studies from The Hebrew University. He is a father to 2 beautiful girls and and is married to one beautiful women.

Madeleine is the CEO and co-founder of <A HREF="http://www.girledworld.com/" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">girledworld</A>, and is is kind of a like human API.
She's all about connecting dots. And she wears a few hats: Innovator, entrepreneur + mentor across the startup ecosystem. As well as running girledworld, Madeleine is also qualified in IDEO Design Thinking, a Keynote Speaker/MC/Journalist, PR/Media/Digital Strategist, a Board Director, and holds a Masters of Entrepreneurship from Wade Institute at the University of Melbourne.
Madeleine is all about projects that drive diversity, improve corporate culture + build gender equality + parity in private, public or government sectors, and in her prior life she was a journalist (News Corp, Herald-Sun, Nine Network, ACP, Pacific Magazines, Panpac Media).

Pop over to The Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship in Parkville, grab a drink and some canapes and join us as Madeleine moderates a casual fireside chat with Nitzan.
