Meat, Poultry, and Seafood consumption is a large part of climate change efforts and cultured meat can help make a huge impact. What is a Clean Meat? Clean meat, cultured meat, or sometimes known as lab-grown meat, is deriving meat products by way of cellular agriculture technologies instead of traditional animal farming. Popularized by the "lab grown hamburger" in 2013, lab grown meat is starting to become a reality. Clean meat could radically change the world in regards to the environment, animal welfare, and health. 
 
What is a Design Jam? We'll be getting into small groups of designers and hackers to brainstorm what the next generation storefront will look like. This is a mini-hackathon where groups work on visuals, sketches, and concepts of future retail stores.
