Anton Brisinger, a native of California and published author, Anton graduated from Exeter University with a degree in English lit and film studies. In September 2022 he joined the Startups Magazine team, and is quickly being absorbed by the world of emerging tech. <h3>K﻿eynote</h3>

Mike Penrose is co-founder and partner of The Sustainability Group. He co-leads the development of the consultancy practice and on FuturePlus, a business sustainability management platform that makes managing social and environmental impact accessible, affordable, achievable and trackable for every business, not just the 1%.Prior to this Mike was Executive Director of Unicef UK, CEO of Action Contre La Faim in Paris and Global Humanitarian Director at Save the Children. Mike was also part of the advisory team that supported the development of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.As a former advisor to the FTSE on their ESG trading index, he also works with several investment firms and family offices on matching social and environmental impact with high return investment strategies. Mike is also a world-renowned expert on risk, crisis and disaster management and has worked in this field in more than 60 countries. He has also advised many large commercial organisations on how to operate effectively and ethically in fragile environments.<h3>Panel</h3>

Alex Birtles is the Co-founder and CEO of In Good Company, a tech-for-good startup which aims to make it quick and easy for people to find the best ethical and sustainable businesses and experiences around them. Their platform will launch soon in London before rolling out across the UK. A Londoner born and bred, Alex spent nine years holding a range of Director-level positions at TalkTalk, where she ran the Digital Department and helped set up a not-for-profit to help parents protect their children online. She has also worked in the public sector on the Covid-19 response and a £250m programme to get children from low income families online at home. She is a firm believer in businesses doing well by doing good and the power of technology to help make the world a better place.

Sanjay Lobo is the CEO of onHand, the impact app. Prior to onHand, Sanjay served on the exec team at two unicorns, Lastminute.com (one of the UK's first dotcom unicorns) and Vistaprint (Nasdaq listed, with 17m customers).In 2019, he founded onHand with the aim of solving some of society's biggest issues using technology. To date onHand has delivered over 45,000 missions across older adult help, youth mentoring, food waste and homelessness. 417 tonnes of CO2e have been reduced through the actions of its users in addition to planting 191,000 trees around the world. onHand have recently completed a $4m pre-A raise, have been named as a global CSR leader by G2 and started 2023 by making their debut on the Startup 100 Index of the UK's most innovative companies.

Mya Gooding-Springer is the 21-year-old founder of her circular fashion-tech app, Swapped. Swapped allows users to swap their preloved occasion items by swiping left and right that would otherwise end up in landfills! Swapped allows our users to enjoy fashion without breaking the bank or harming the environment. We help our customers to consume clothing in a more conscious and circular way, whilst creating a mindset shift on how often they consume new clothing items. Our mission is to eliminate the 92 million tonnes of clothes that go to landfills each year!
