A good data strategy complements your product, business, and marketing strategies and improves your startup in all aspects by enabling you to make smarter and informed decision. In this session, you will learn: * How to define your data strategy to solve your most critical challenges* What to measure and how to measure data to make smarter and informed   decisions* How to Manage your data resourcesAbout Baghdad Gherras: Baghdad Gherras is Chief Data and Product Officer of Al Hail Holding, one of the largest Abu Dhabi based conglomerate in UAE. He is mostly focused on driving the Web 3.0 and Digital Asset strategy as well as delivering Blockchain Based Applications. Previously, he was Director of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Zand, a fully digital bank based in UAE where he designed, developed, and deployed Big Data and AI Solutions. He was also in charge of providing strategic advice in Cloud Native Technologies and Embedded/Open Finance.In 2015, he was Data Science and AI Engagement Manager at Davidson Consulting UAE where he successfully delivered various data science projects (from business requirement to implementation) to both Public and Private clients such as RTA, UAE Prime Minister Office, Economic Development of UAQ, DU, EMAAR, Booz Allen Hamilton, Majid Al Futtaim Holding, AXA Gulf. One of the most significant milestones was the creation of the RTA AI Lab as well as the Dubai Smart Data platform in collaboration with DU and Smart Dubai. As a community builder he contributed to the development of the data science and AI community in UAE through my involvement as Google Cloud community head, Google MENA Accelerator Mentor and Google Developer Expert. I organized numerous hackathons, meet-ups, conference, developer events to evangelize and train UAE talents.   Spaces are limited. Register now!
