KCI Workshop Wednesday: Customize the Makerspace Hackathon

Located in the lower level of the Krause Innovation Center, the KCI Underground Makerspace is a new makerspace  that provides our community with the resources to design and make using a variety of computer-aided design and manufacturing and other tools. We serve a range of constituents: Foothills students and staff, local area educators and the broader San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. We provide not only the tools but the courses, certification, events and social support to get you making. We teach courses every semester and have multiple informal training sessions for members multiple times a month.

KCI Makerspace

For this Wednesday Workshop we'll be breaking out the woodworking tools with our resident wood expert/Zen master, Don Hansen. Join us to build and decorate our new tabletop drawers system designed by Don himself. If you don't know to hammer or drill, you'll learn. Use the cutting and printing tools to customize the fronts of the drawers. We'll be buying pizza and salad for this one. :)
The event is free with KCI makerspace membership.
