Nebulas recently announced their Developer Incentive Program, seen here:

In this hackathon we will build Dapps to submit to the Incentive Program. As a reminder, each Dapp submitted that passes the basic functionality tests will receive 100 NAS!
First, we will give a very brief overview of what Nebulas is and why it's different than any other blockchain. Then, we will start from scratch and go through the process of setting up a node and deploying a smart contract. For the rest of the time we will have a hackathon to build Dapps to submit to the program and win NAS!
Naturally, there will be pizza.
