Join the city of Phoenix, and partners Arizona Institute for Digital Progress, Microsoft, Neudesic and Cox Communications this Thursday night at Galvanize in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix for the Finale of the 2018 Voice Asistant for Cities Hackathon! 
The competition has been narrowed down to the top 3 teams. They will now face off in a live pitch competition to see who will be crownd the champion.
The competitiors had a little over a month to develop novel voice assistant technology that can help the city increase customer service for citizens and visitors and engage the growing community of people who use personal assistants such as Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa, Microsoft’s Google and Cortana, by providing voice response to every day questions.
The finalists will demo their solutions to a panel of city leaders and industry experts. The winning team  will have the opportunity to pilot the solution with the city of Phoenix, prove it, and potentially scale it to the other 22 cities, towns and the county as part of our Greater Phoenix Smart Region initiative.
