Celebrating Salmagundi's annual "little works" show, as well as a new exhibition reflecting the winter season!

Salmagundi invites all our members, patron of the arts, and guests to attend our reception for the SCNY 114th Annual thumb-box exhibit and sale in the skylight gallery, and a new exhibition in our Rockwell gallery, All about winter.Thumb-box paintings are similar to what most galleries today call small works, cabinet works, or intimate works. What's unique about this exhibition is that as a rotating sale, it is always evolving - once a work is sold, the artist may replace the work with another.As we go into the holiday season, All about winter will celebrate the spirit of winter and all it encompasses. Join us for refreshments and mingling amongst a display of fine art from talented artists. Stay for the award ceremony to see this year’s award winners! Soft drinks and platters will be provided for your enjoyment. If desired, Salmagundi's Wiggins bar will be open on the lower level for purchase of wine and beer (card only, no cash).
