<h3>#HACKVAN2022</h3>Hosted by <a href="https://faithtech.com/vancouver/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FaithTech</a> Vancouver and <a href="https://hack.indigitous.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Indigitous</a>.<h3></h3><h3>Vision</h3>#HACKVAN2022 exists to help organizations build a better world by leveraging tech and more.This year, we&#x27;ll be supporting refugee families, bringing light to remote communities, connecting with the spiritually curious on the internet, and more. Due to <a href="http://empower2transform.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Empower2Transform.com</a> and <a href="https://albernionline.ca/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">AlberniOnline.ca</a>&#x27;s generous donations, we&#x27;re committed to providing dinners and breakfasts (and snacks throughout).We encourage you to go out with your hackathon team for lunch.Is there parking?Yes, but it&#x27;s $5 a day. Fortunately, the location is near transit and we can store bikes too.Can I bring a friend?If wanting to participate, your friend must have a ticket (due to the size of the location and number of workstations).If wanting to just drop by, we encourage all visitors to sign up as &quot;Visitor: Project Owner of Guest&quot; on EventBrite and drop by on Saturday, 2 pm to 4 pm.Can I bring a second screen?No, I would recommend against it. Every workstation already has a second screen, but I would suggest bringing an extra keyboard, a laptop stand, and a mouse.What else should I bring?Required:<ul><li>Laptop and Charging Cord</li><li>Money for Saturday&#x27;s lunch</li></ul>Recommended:<ul><li>A rested mind &amp; body</li><li>An extra keyboard and mouse</li><li>Anything else you&#x27;d find useful when building a software prototype</li><li>Designers: Printouts for rapid prototyping, persona templates, etc.</li><li>Developers: a rubber duck</li></ul>Optional:<ul><li>Sleeping bag &amp; pillow (if sleeping over)</li><li>Snacks (in case we overlooked dietary restrictions)</li></ul>What does the co-working space look like?I&#x27;m glad you asked!
