The Hello Initiative Social Innovation Hackathon will deliver an experiential learning opportunity for students and staff.

<p>The Hello Initiative Social Innovation Hackathon will deliver an experiential learning opportunity for students and staff interested in the application of innovation methodologies to design social change projects. Using the Standford University model of Human-Centered Design Thinking (HCDT), participants will be guided through a 5-stage process to understand a social challenge, ideate potential solutions, identify key assumptions and build a prototype ready for testing in the real world. No innovation or social design experience is required- just bring an open mind and a curiosity to uncover new solutions to wicked problems. </p>
