Why Cyber ZERO?

The Pristina as regional cyber security hub is hosting the next annual conference with a new theme, Cyber ZERO . Giving a focus on ZERO TRUST MODEL, ZERO DAY ATTACKS. And ZERO presenting false/fake on computer systems.

The three day Cyber Zero conference brings in January 2023 more than thousand of participants to learn from the cyber security experts and vendors about the cyber chaos the world in passing through, presenting their researches and solutions.

DAY 1 - 0 DAY ATTACKS - Topics: SOC Automation, 0 Trust methodology and vendors, DDoS Mitigation, Penetration Testing and more.

DAY 2 - 0 TRUST day - Ethical Hackers Community presenting hands-on self-developed tools on penetration testing, social engineering, red and blue teaming.

DAY 3 - Automation on Fact Checking Pipeline - Minorities digital challenges, AI and ML on Fact checking in Albanian language. What the world is doing on fact checking automation, what have been done in Western Balkans. Third conference day covers the deep analysis on unified methodologies mostly used in our region for automation on fact checking process.

THE BUG BOUNTY of $20'000

This year we do celebrate the 7th edition of THE DAY WHEN HACKING IS LEGAL hackathon, Where the security researchers over the 8h workshop, work independently or in group to identify security vulnerabilities to 20 media outlets and civil society websites in Kosovo. In exchange for in-scope valid vulnerabilities reported they got rewarded from a bounty of $20'000 which is funded by U.S. Embassy in Pristina.

The cyber security women "GAME CHANGER" Awards

For promoting and engaging more women on cyber. This edition includes the competition for all women contributors locally or globally from Kosovo, to present their researches, paper works or technologies for making a world a safer digital place. There are three prizes (1st place, 2nd place and the 3rd one).

About the host

Albanian Cyber Association is a Western Balkans recognized cybersecurity event organizer, by hosting a number of attractive and hand-on events, trainings and awareness campaigns on cyber security. For more details about who ACA is here.

The upcoming conference is mainly funded by U.S. Embassy in Pristina as part of the project Independent Media- Cyber Security Resilience. In hosted together with the Information and Privacy Agency in Republic of Kosovo and the support of Municipality of Pristina.
