This is a requirement from our venue. If you have questions or privacy concerns, please contact us.</h3><p>Head spinning from Hacktoberfest? Are you stuck or not even sure how to get started? Join the Coding &amp; Cocktails ladies for a casual working session and get a jump start on submitting Pull Requests for Hacktoberfest 2022.</p><p>Open source contributing can be intimidating, but it&#x27;s way easier to jump in with someone to guide you. Whether it&#x27;s your first PR or you&#x27;ve done open source contributions for years, we&#x27;ll be here to answer your code, git, and open source questions. Beginners are welcome -- we mean that!</p><ul><li><strong>All Coding &amp; Cocktails events are exclusively for women. We are trans and non-binary inclusive.</strong></li><li>Wifi-enabled laptop is required. (Don&#x27;t have one? Borrow one of ours.)</li><li>Must be at least 21 to attend.</li><li>Cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and dinner served.</li><li>Please familiarize yourself with <a href="https://kansascitywomenintechnology.github.io/CodeOfConduct/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Kansas City Women in Technology&#x27;s Code of Conduct</a>. </li><li>Do you need financial assistance to attend?
