{UNGLITCH} Net Neutrality Hackathon + Creative Showcase

An activist group of creative technologists working to connect people who want to have productive responses to evolving tech policy.

UNGLITCH

We're rallying artists, technologists and makers of any kind to channel our collective responses to the FCC's recent decisions surrounding the repeal of net neutrality. Despite the recent introduction to the <A HREF="https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/files/2017/12/net-neutrality-bill.pdf?tid=a_inl" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Open Internet Preservation Act</A>, there are many concerns around the state of access to information in the United States in the coming years which we aim to discuss and build around.
 
This event is open to anyone who wants to make anything discussing the Internet, digital civil liberties and creative information sharing. Come make things including (but not limted to)

We have sourced some snacks, coffee and lunch but you will be welcome to leave and forage in the West Village for your own meals if you prefer.
 
We're also super excited to announce that the ~democratically elected~ favorite projects of this event will be given the opportunity to speak at several upcoming events at <A HREF="https://pioneerworks.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pioneer Works</A> this Spring/Summer!
