The MIP Golf Tournament is an annual charity event organized by McMaster Innovation Park. Each year, supporters gather to raise funds for a selected non-profit organization as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. The fundraising tournament is held at the Chedoke Beddoe Golf Course in Hamilton.Your registration includes:<ul><li>Green Fees for a team of 4</li><li>BBQ Lunch at the course</li><li>Dinner &amp; Prizes at MIP in the evening</li></ul><h3>Meet our Beneficiary</h3>Mathstronauts provide innovative programs for young people to explore technology and gain 21st century skills for success. The group is a federally incorporated non-profit organization founded in 2016. In an increasingly digital world, Mathstronauts’ firm belief is that all youth should have the opportunity to develop skills in technology. The objective of this STEM based program is to design, develop and deliver inclusive and equitable quality STEM education for middle &amp; high school students (grades 5 - 12) in underrepresented communities. Using a multidisciplinary project-based approach, the ultimate mission is to remove barriers to STEM education, to empower young people and to develop STEM skills focused on digital literacy and coding. Their signature programs include afterschool programs, in-school programs, hackathons, workshops, and social events for youth across Ontario.
