Join us for the World's First 2 day Global GirlsInCS Hackathon!

A Hackathon is an event where participants work together in teams to come up with a technical solution to a common problem.The 2022 Global GirlsInCS Hackathon will be a 14 hour event split across two days, consisting of a series of workshops, tutorials and presentations, as well as interactive sessions with influential female guest speakers on Computer Science related topics. Girls will work in teams along with an adult volunteer mentor and prototype a solution to a selected community issue by applying the skills they learnt from the workshops! On the second day, each team will present their solution to a judging panel, and winners will be awarded prizes!!**NO PRIOR CODING EXPERIENCE REQUIREDWho: All Girls &amp; Girl Scouts ages 11+ are invited to sign Up(No prior coding experience required)Cost: In-Person $10 which includes a t-shirt and patch. In-person attendance is highly encouraged for maximum benefits. The badges will need to be purchases separately by the troop leaders.All attendees please fill out these forms even if you are not a Girl Scout and email them to us at girlsincs.team@gmail.com.
