Digital Masala Challenge Hackathon Pitch Competition

The Digital Masala Challenge is an intense hackathon, sponsored by Facebook, that leverages creative storytelling to decrease polarization, reconnect communities, and counter violent extremism. Five teams of creative Indian talent will have 48 hours to develop a concept and pilot for a Facebook-hosted video series that explores the threat and challenges of polarization. Each team will have a dedicated video production professional who will film and prepare the team’s pilot for a pitch session. The end result should be an engaging, easy-to-share video that inspires and entertains.
