WHAT VentureBeat & BeMyApp are hosting an AI Hackathon, held as part of <A HREF="http://vbevents.venturebeat.com/MobileBeat2017" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MobileBeat 2017</A>.

You can use any technology, tools, libraries, (etc.) of your choice.
Want to create your own personal assistant for work? Use facial recognition models to know who's lying or not? Tackle emotion analysis? Or just spend 2 days building something cool with fellow AI enthusiasts? Then this event is for you.
The doors will open at 9am and the hack will officially kick off at 10am Saturday, July 8, and will conclude Sunday, July 9 at 5pm.

<H2 CLASS="mid_title_text">What to Expect</H2>
</DIV>
1. IDEA PITCHES - At the kickoff of the event, all participants with ideas will be invited to pitch.
2. TEAM FORMATION - Following idea pitches, attendees will then be invited to form teams (from 1 to 5 members)
3. CODING KICKS OFF - Once teams are formed, coding will commence!
Coding will cease on Sunday at approx. 3pm, when teams prepare to demo their AI prototypes and have their work judged.
Judges will then select 3 finalists, that will get to showcase their prototypes at MobileBeat 17. The audience will then vote for their favorite project.
The grand prize winner gets a write-up on VB!
