Agrogeneration: Hackathon Waste 2 Value

Future Food InstituteFounded in 2014 in Bologna, FFI is an entire ecosystem that makes food innovation a key tool to face the great challenges of the future, speaking to the world, and enhancing the existing  territory starting from Italy. Future Food Italia

Partendo dalle ispirazioni di Expo Milano nasce “Waste 2 Value” l'hackathon in cui 40 partecipanti tra studenti, startupper e ricercatori provenienti da differenti discipline​ affronteranno il tema dello spreco alimentare!
Ad aiutarli i talenti del <A HREF="http://foodinnovationprogram.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Food Innovation Program</A> (FIP)​ e poi ancora mentor, esperti, aziende e policy makers. L’obiettivo? Creare modelli, soluzioni, prototipi sul tema dello spreco alimentare!
Sarà un’opportunità di ​teamwork di grande valore, che connetterà i partecipanti con un ​contesto innovativo e internazionale​, permettendo di apprendere ​nuovi strumenti di co-progettazione​. Al termine del percorso i gruppi esporranno ​la propria idea di fronte ad una giuria di esperti e la squadra vincitrice sarà invitata a partecipare ad ​Agrogeneration G7 ​a Bergamo il prossimo ottobre.
Waste 2 Value fa parte delle iniziative di #ALL4THEGREEN. Dal 5 al 12 giugno  Bologna diventa infatti capitale mondiale dell’Ambiente con 70 eventi aperti alla massima partecipazione del pubblico per preparare, introdurre e “sensibilizzare” il G7 Ambiente 2017. Istituzioni nazionali ed enti locali, università, associazioni e imprese partecipano all’organizzazione di questo fitto programma di iniziative incentrate sulla tutela ambientale e sull’economia circolare. LA CHALLENGE
Come utilizzare rifiuti alimentari e altri scarti che altrimenti non troverebbero alcuna collocazione in filiere già avviate?
La challenge dell'Hackathon verrà coordinata da <A HREF="http://www.improntaetica.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Impronta Etica</A>, associazione che dal 2001 si occupa della promozione e lo sviluppo della sostenibilità e della responsabilità sociale d’impresa. 
Impronta Etica ha accolto la volontà di tre importanti aziende socie del settore - ossia <A HREF="http://www.camst.it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Camst</A>, <A HREF="https://www.coopalleanza3-0.it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Coop Alleanza 3.0</A> e <A HREF="http://www.gruppoigd.it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">IGD SiiQ</A> - che intendono affrontare il tema dello spreco alimentare, delineando insieme a loro la sfida che verrà presentata.

IL PREMIO
Il progetto che si classificherà al primo posto nell'hackathon si aggiudicherà un premio di 1000 euro, da utilizzare per lo sviluppo di quest'ultimo. I vincitori potranno inoltre partecipare ad ​Agrogeneration G7 ​a Bergamo il prossimo ottobre.

IL CONTESTO
Waste 2 Value si svolgerà all'interno di <A HREF="http://agrogeneration.it/bologna/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Agrogeneration Bologna</A> un format “evento” dedicato alla Sostenibilità dell’Agroalimentare con particolare attenzione al tema degli sprechi alimentari; un incontro tra agricoltori, startup, esperti, imprese, policy makers, un evento del <A HREF="http://www.crea.gov.it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CREA</A> (Consiglio per la ricerca in agricoltura e l’analisi dell’economia agraria) patrocinato dal <A HREF="https://www.politicheagricole.it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MIPAAF</A> (Ministero per le Politiche agricole, alimentari e forestali) e organizzato dal <A HREF="http://futurefood.network/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Future Food Institute</A>, trust no profit di ricerca su cibo e innovazione in collaborazione con Vazapp, supportato da <A HREF="http://www.caab.it/it/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CAAB</A> e <A HREF="http://www.fondazionefico.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Fondazione FICO</A>.

Per raggiungerci a piedi dal centro (ref Porta Ravegnana - Due Torri.): Attraversare la "Piazza della Mercanzia" e prendere via Castiglione, e andare dritto fino al numero 136 (circa 25 minuti).
Per Raggiungerci In autobus dal centro cittá: Dal centro (via Rizzoli - Piazza Maggiore) prendere l'autobus n.30 direzione "Istituto Rizzoli" e scendere a fermata Delle Rose (10 minuti). L'ingresso delle serre si trova sul lato opposto della strada a pochi metri, al civico 134.
Per raggiungerci dalla Stazione Centrale: prendere l'autobus 32 di fronte la stazione e scendere alla fermata di Porta Castiglione. Continuare su Via Castiglione in direzione opposta rispetto al centro della città fino al civico 134. É possibile acquistare i biglietti del bus al tabacchi della stazione centrale al prezzo di 1.30 euro l'uno.
Per raggiungerci in auto: percorrere i "viali" fino a Piazza di Porta Castiglione e girare in via Castiglione (in direzione opposta rispetto al centro della città). Il parcheggio più vicino è in via dei Sabbioni, vicino al Giardini Margherita.
