Engagewas conceived in 2015 byAgatha JumaandDonald Bosirewho observed that there was a need to create a platform, outside the Toastmasters environment, that gives ordinary and extraordinary individuals an opportunity to tell stories and share experiences that inform, inspire and influence society.Engagepresents a convergence of storytelling, experiential learning and music.The firstEngagewas held on February 14th, 2015 and was themed‘What’s love got to do with it’.Since then, the cast of speakers has broadened to include thought leaders, corporate executives, entertainers, scientists, teachers, blue chip company CEO’s and many others

<H3 CLASS="t pgm0 pgx1 pgh4 pgy6 pgff2 pgfs2 pgfc0 pgsc0 pgls0 pgws0">These will be exciting and positive bi-annual competitions where scholars from numerous Independent School Districts will team up to give back their time and talent.</H3>
<H3 CLASS="t pgm0 pgx1 pgh4 pgy7 pgff2 pgfs2 pgfc0 pgsc0 pgls0 pgws0">During the Spring 2017 Purpose Hackathon, scholars will be designing video games for children with Autism! </H3>
<H3 CLASS="t pgm0 pgx1 pgh4 pgy7 pgff2 pgfs2 pgfc0 pgsc0 pgls0 pgws0">Exciting prizes, certificates, recognition and mentorship from University of North Texas Kristin Farmer Autism Center (UNT), University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), Texas Christian University (TCU) and executives from organizations in STEAM fields including AT&T Oasis, IBM, Microsoft and Cerebrum, among others, will be presented and provided.</H3>
