<P><SPAN>Can Narrow Band technologies be applied?<BR> – TDC has installed one of the first NB-networks in Denmark in DOLL. Can this network be used to collect data from all physical areas of a building? </SPAN></P>

<H3><SPAN>(1) DO YOU WANT TO HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF ENERGY LOSS IN COMMERCIAL PROPERTY?</SPAN></H3>
<P><SPAN>Problem<BR></SPAN>The people or the organisations who owns commercial property, are not the daily users of the properties. Therefore they do not experience potential problems themselves. However, the premises are leased to tenants, who are not responsible for energy renovation, which is why they are not focused on improvements. This removes the incentive of reducing the energy waste.</P>
<P><SPAN>Idea<BR></SPAN>Your team develop a concept that creates motivation to reduce energy consumption. By installing cheap sensors throughout an entire building, we can receive information about the condition of the building and the quality of the work environment in real time. By analysing, visualising and making the data available for the employees, we can create an awareness about the work environment, and thereby increase their attention on the consumption of resources. These are the first steps towards energy optimisation and improvement. We imagine that new technologies, data and gamification has to be a part of the solution. </P>
<P>The challenge is presented by Albertslund Forsyning.</P>

<H3>(2) DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP</H3>
<P>How can we ease the daily life of citizens through a personal, mobile based  application that give users an simple interface with instant update.</P>
<P>How can we help people doing daily tasks more effective, economical, sustainable and socially balanced?</P>
<P>How do we make it easier to do surveys and research, test and evaluate the effect of initiatives and measure use of roads and services provided for the public by the authorities?</P>
<P>Can we use machine learning to check our data and can face recognition be used as part of security and approval procedures?</P>
<P>Hack your way to solutions that makes it easier to be engaged as a citizen - or help the authorities to get a closer and more interactive relation with its customers - the public.</P>
<P>The challenge is presented by InQvation</P>

<P><SPAN>1 x 10.000 kroner </SPAN><SPAN>to the second place </SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>3 months of free co-working space </SPAN><SPAN>to the two winning teams at Gate 21, Albertslund Forsyning or InQvation </SPAN></P>
