(Limited Space)
knodemy HACK-AN-APP event is focused on empowering students to innovate and <A TITLE="knnect App" HREF="https://itunes.apple.com/sc/app/knnect/id1142010815?mt=8" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">knnect </A> them with CompSci and Tech industy mentors.
Computer Science major mentors from UC Berkeley, UCSD, etc. will help students with coding and programming areas.  This would be a great networking opportunity for Students to work closely with the current and future TECH professionals.

What to expect?
Students will attend the first part of the Hackathon where they will be taught the basics of programming. After the initial instruction is over, students will break into teams where they will get a chance to collaborate to brainstorm ideas, create a project, and market the product. At the end of the Hackathoneach team will present their project to the attendees, judges and knodemy instructors. 1st place team will receive $100 gift cards or Prizes and 3 months knodemy mentorship to help them build their APP.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
For students: 6th grade to 11th grade. No prior programming experience required 
What should I bring?
BYOL (Bring Your Own Laptop - PC or MAC) REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE
