<P>Calling all engineers, designers, data scientists, and generally enthusiastic individuals! Social ImpHacked brings together tech and nonprofit worlds to provide technical assistance for local Bay Area nonprofits.</P>
<H4>Over the course of a weekend we will solve some of the small but tangible problems that nonprofits face to increase efficiency and build relationships with existing and future clients.</H4>
<P>We believe that by working hand-in-hand with local organizations, we can build technical solutions that truly make a difference in our communities. </P>
<P> <STRONG>So, come hack! There will be free food, music, fun, and a great network of awesome people.</STRONG></P>
<P><EM><BR><BR>All funding goes towards food, technical equipment, and space. All nonprofit attendees are invited to come, stay, and eat free of charge.<BR><BR></EM></P>

<H2>Who are we building for?</H2>
<P>We took aim at a variety of different local issues, from homelessness to access to legal services. Every nonprofit will be on-site throughout the hackathon, and is classified as 501(c)3 nonprofit status by the IRS.</P>

<P><STRONG>Bananas Inc.</STRONG><EM> (Oakland, CA) </EM>Bananas Inc. offers child care referrals and resources to families with young children in low-income, Bay Area communities. <A HREF="https://bananasbunch.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://bananasbunch.org</A></P>

<P><STRONG>Bayview/Hunters Point Community Legal </STRONG><SPAN> </SPAN><I>(San Francisco, CA) </I><SPAN>Bayview Legal is an award-winning nonprofit working to create the country’s first system of universal access to legal representation. They have an open clinic for low-income residents in the Bay Area to seek legal counsel. <A HREF="https://bhpcommunitylegal.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://bhpcommunitylegal.org</A></SPAN></P>

<P><STRONG>The Fund for People in Parks </STRONG> <I>(San Francisco, CA) </I>The Fund for People in the Parks assists National Parks and their local support groups with private funding and professional services for visitor-oriented park projects. <A HREF="https://www.peopleinparks.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.peopleinparks.org</A><BR> <BR></P>
<P><STRONG>Juma Ventures </STRONG> <I>(San Francisco/Oakland, CA) </I>Juma Ventures is a youth-run social enterprise that provides workforce development training opportunities to low-income youth. Juma compliments this with integrated programming that combines financial capability, education, and supportive career services. <A HREF="https://www.juma.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.juma.org/</A><BR> <BR> <STRONG>Raphael House</STRONG> <I>(San Francisco, CA) </I>Raphael House is a nonprofit and homeless shelter in the Tenderloin aimed at combatting homelessness in the Bay Area. <P><SPAN>If there is a technology that already exists that does what an organization needs, <STRONG>use that technology</STRONG>. We encourage people to present projects that leverage Google Forms, existing Slackbot integrations, or Wordpress, and hack if necessary. <BR><BR></SPAN></P>
<H3><SPAN>Inclusivity</SPAN></H3>
<P><SPAN>Social ImpHacked seeks to create an inclusive environment, independent of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, and physical ability.
