Coding4TX Hackathon @ Galvanize

Coding4TX is a coding and computer science education program serving teachers and students in the state of Texas. The initiative is powered by Code/Interactive, a national non-profit focused on inspiring the next generation to learn, build, and collaborate with technology.

Join over 200 students for our first Coding4TX Hackathon on December 10th @ Galvanize!
Students will attend workshops from volunteer professionals and create original projects over the course of this event. Design for Progress Challenge: Design a cool product that aims to solve an important youth problem of their choice.
Check out some of our needs to make the event happen below.
Volunteers: If you would like to lead a workshop or mentor a team, sign up for a ticket below and we’ll get back to you about event planning. Volunteers do not have to stay for the entire time — any amount of time that you can help is great!
Sponsors: If you’re interested in helping to support this event and joining the amazing group of companies who have already pledged their support, contact tom@weare.ci for information.
Prizes / SWAG: If you can donate digital or physical prizes or give-aways for students, please e-mail programs@weare.ci with details. We’re especially focused on getting educational and experiential prizes for the event.
