Design 2 Transform Pwani Edition

Impart Change is a local non-profit organization that empowers child and youth with peacebuilding, conflict management and violence prevention skills, knowledge and information. Founded in 2015, the organization has empowered more than 500 children and youth in Nairobi and has been recognized by the Global Youth Empowerment Fund 2017, a partnership between JCI and the UN SDG Action Campaign as an organization that advances Global Goals for Sustainable Development in local communities. Our work has enabled us to participate in various regional and international events that include the Tana High Level Forum on Peace and Security in Africa 2018, the US – Africa Partnership Symposium 2017 at US Institute of Peace, the 7th UNAOC Global Forum 2016 and the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum 2015. It is against this backdrop that we would like to see a peaceful South Sudan and a progressive Kenya through strategic partnerships that bring youth together to deliberate on the world the want beyond 2030.
