Fownders $10K Pitch Competition

Fownders is a non-profit organization dedicated to incubating entrepreneurs within the community.

The Fownders $10K Start-Up Pitch Competition is happening! The goal is to mentor and guide early stage entrepreneurs to take their ideas from seed to scale with a Grand Prize of $10,000.

Teams will be judged on:  
• a solid MVP +
• understanding of their market +
• growth and sustainability planning +
• branding and design +
• and of course, execution.
The top 5 finalists will join our 12 week accelerator program along with other prizes including cash, mentorship, office space, wifi, PR, marketing, hackathons, creative services, and more, with a $10,000 grand prize to the 1st place winner.
Entrepreneurship is only possible in an environment where it is supported. Fownders will inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs by creating a culture that encourages risk taking and providing them with the tools, resources, and guidance needed to start a business.

Taseen Patterson  “Fownders Pitch”  The "Fownders Pitch" Workshop is designed to help you fine-tune your pitch for the eyes and ears of your audience so that they get it!
 
Lisa Ascolese A.K.A. The Inventress  “Problems, Challenges, &amp; Solutions”  Hear The Inventress talk about inventing and getting products to the retail market.    
 
7:00PM - 9:00 PM - The Pitch for $10K!  Watch 12 innovative entrepreneurs pitch it out for the $10K Grand Prize!
 
9:00PM - Awards Ceremony  Stick around for The Big Check &amp; closing remarks.
