Peapod delivers groceries straight to our homes, while TaskRabit helps us find someone to run our errands—from returning merchandise to putting together Ikea furniture. And why go out on a Saturday when all you have to do for entertainment is plop down on your couch and fire up Netflix?
It's an incredible new world that leaves us with a burning question: is technology advancing humanity or is it making us lazy?
On August 13, Startup Institute is hosting the HackHuman Hackathon. This 12-hour hackathon will challenge you to build and pitch a product/service that uses technology in order to advance the way we live, work, or play.
