<H3 CLASS="p1">Hackathon Internet of Things for Thermal and Environmental Controls August 1 - 2</H3>
TEChack is a 2-day hackathon at SyracuseCoE designed to develop IoT-enabled capabilities for products in Central New York’s thermal and environmental controls cluster. 
TEChack will be led by award-winning master hackathon mentor Mihir Dani of Anaren, Inc, and will utilize Anaren’s Atmosphere IoT Development Platform. Mihir Dani, a Syracuse University engineering MSEE grad and a recognized award-winning "hackspert" who has mentored numerous teams who went on to become hackathon winners at IoT World 2015, 2016 and Sensors Expo 2016.
CASH PRIZES : $100 each for 1st place team members; $50 each for 2nd place team members; $25 each for 3rd place team members
All participants will receive an <A HREF="https://atmosphere.anaren.com/anaren-bluetooth-smart-development-kit" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Anaren Multi-Sensor Development Kit</A> and access to the free Anaren Atmosphere development platform.

3:30p - TEC Applications Workshop
Distribution of <A HREF="https://www.anaren.com/airforwiced/anaren-bluetooth-smart-development-kit" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Anaren Bluetooth Smart Development Kit</A> and overview of <A HREF="http://amtec.syracusecoe.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">CNY’s TEC cluster.</A> It is strongly recommended that participants attend this workshop; content will not be repeated at the hackathon.
