Razom IT Speaker Series presents: a conversation with Yaroslav Azhnyuk
This month’s Razom IT speaker series event presents Yaroslav Azhnyuk, Co-founder and CEO of Petcube, an interactive pet camera that lets you see, talk to and play with your pets remotely from your smartphone. The idea was born out of a hackathon in Ukraine that led to one of the most successful Ukrainian Kickstarter campaigns of all time (during the Euromaidan nonetheless!). Today, Petcube is a graduate of the popular Silicon Valley accelerator Y Combinator and proven leader in the Connected Pet landscape.
You’ll hear him speak about more than just how he built a successful company as a Ukrainian founder. Yaroslav is a man of ideas, and he spends a lot of time thinking about innovation and entrepreneurship in Ukraine and beyond. He’ll sit down with Dora Chomiak to discuss how Ukrainian tech has grown and the opportunities that lie ahead, like heavy industries, education and human learning, and country branding via international food chains.. Just to name a few!
Join us at Civic Hall Cafe for what should be an exciting event! And if you can’t be there in person, tune in on the livestream: youtube.com/c/RazomforukraineOrg/live

We design Razom IT events to amplify the voices of people from Ukraine in conversations in the US and to build a community of people in New York who are interested in the intersection of tech and Ukraine.
Forward this invite along to colleagues, entrepreneurs, and everybody who is interested in learning about doing business in Ukraine.
The Razom IT speakers series is made possible by the generous support of the Self Reliance New York Federal Credit Union and by the work of Razom volunteers.
