BitwiseHacks is a unique company that connects young and talented developers with Hong Kong's tech corporates, who are actively searching for such skilled employees. Currently, hiring great developers is difficult, expensive, and time-consuming. However, with our revolutionary web platform and high quality developer-focused hackathons, we aim to bring the hiring flow into the 21st century by performing real-time developer analysis, open source code & process review, and evaluation in a high-stress environment.BitwiseHacks accomplishes this vision through its web platform, which allows users to post, create, adopt, and collaborate on ideas and projects with their teams. We further hold corporate and community Hackathons regularly, where developers compete in a fast-paced environment for 24 hours. Through the BitwiseHacks events and web platform, developers receive unique opportunities to dive into Hong Kong's vibrant tech and startup space.

Summary:
The Paperclip x BitwiseHacks Invitational is a software application-oriented hackathon for the top talent in Hong Kong who are ready to be challenged by teaming up with peers to compete in a fun and fast-paced event for a weekend. Further, in order to ensure that all of your team members are just as talented as you, all participants must either receive a formal invitation from BitwiseHacks, or pass the application process outlined below. As an added bonus, participants will also have the opportunity to take part in the launch of the BitwiseHacks web platform during the event.
As a participant in an invitational event, get ready to compete for 24 hours for prizes, potential interview opportunities, and networking time with executives from Hong Kong corporates and startups alike. Time will be alloted for making connections, putting your teams together, and, of course, working on your project. 
The working time allotted shall be 24 hours long, during which participants must write all of their code, post it on the web platform, and prepare a three minute pitch including a live demo with for two more minutes for Q&A. There will also be expert mentors around to help you out with your projects, but they won't be doing any of the work for you!

Judging: The judging panel will consist of lead developers and/or executives among BitwiseHacks corporate partners and sponsors. They will judge based on the following criteria:
