Code Beyond Club (Sheridan college)

Our Mission:
Code Beyond presents HackHalton, a #datahack brought to you by Haltech, Sheridan College, Silicon Halton, and, TechUnder 20. HackHalton is an open data hackathon focused on improving quality of life in the Halton region through turning data into insights and, producing useful solutions through collaborative software engineering. 
 
Tickets:
Tickets are free! Once you have checked in at the event, your $20 will be refunded to you.
 
What's a Hackathon?:
For those of you who have never been to a hackathon, that means that your team of 3-5 people will be given an array of public data, from that data you will identify potential problems in the halton region, and then use that data to devise a solution. Those solutions will come in the form of apps/websites etc. Judges will select the best problems, with the best solutions and award those teams cash and prizes.
