The Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at the USC Marshall School of Business and Presenting Sponsor, Ecolab Inc., are proud to present the 2025 Strategic Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Summit. In its 13th year, this data-driven learning event brings together ERG leaders, diversity, equity, and inclusion executives, and executive sponsors for collaborative learning, innovation, and networking.

The Summit is highly interactive, with expanded networking and learning opportunities. Learn from other ERG leaders and experts and apply what you learn to your role.

In-Person Session (includes Virtual Session): $1,195.00

• Registration deadline for the In-Person Session will close on July 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.

Virtual-Only Session: $695.00

• Registration deadline for the Virtual-Only Strategic ERG Leadership Session will close on September 12, 2025, at 11:59 pm PST.

Hotel Reservations

Reservation Deadline: June 24, 2025.

The participant should make hotel reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Viking Lake Hotel. The rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms in the block have been reserved or until the reservation deadline. Room accommodations booked after the deadline or outside the block are subject to hotel availability and prevailing rates.

Refund Policy

The cancellation fee is $200 on or before June 20, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations received after the refund policy deadline and for no-shows.
