We welcome all people to attend the Southeastern MN conference on Adult mental health and wellbeing. This conference is a collaborative effort to raise awareness, provide education, and reduce the stigma of mental illness in all segments of the Southeastern MN region. With generous support from Southeastern MN Adult Mental Health Initiative (CREST), the conference is free and open to everyone.
We all find ourselves on the continuum of mental health and wellness. This conference is an opportunity to come together and learn about how we can be resilient and support one another.

Yes. A light breakfast will be served, lunch will be served, and snacks will be provided in the afternoon.
Coffee, tea and water will be provided all day. Soft drinks will not be provided and there are no vending machines on site. Please feel free to bring your own as needed.

In 2025, Mayo Clinic will implement a new, best practice, model of care in a new location with St Mary's Campus to serve the needs of emergency behavioral health adults and children. The enhanced model of care, expected patient outcomes, and benefits to the community will be discussed.
Most people will experience 2.4 significant traumatic events in their life. For many others it is much more than that. The presenter will share his own journey through trauma, describe how trauma impacts the brain and give vital tips of addressing and healing from trauma.
