Please join us for the NUIC sponsored annual immunization conference. We hope that this conference will be both informative and educational to you and your realm of practice. This is an "in person" conference.

Early or On-Time Registration Cost: $45.00 per person. Available until April 15, 2025

Late Registration or At-The Door Cost (April 16-April 24, 2025) will be $50.00 per person.

We will offer a continental breakfast, snacks and a wonderful lunch catered by the Timbermine Restaurant.

The early or on-time registration fee for the conference is 45.00 per person, available until April 15, 2025.

What is the late or at-the door registration fee for the conference?

Late registration begins on April 16, 2025. The late or at-the-door registration conference fee is $50.00 per person.

Can I pay for the conference registration fee with a check?

Yes! Please complete the conference registration on Eventbrite and indicate during the registration process that you will be paying by check. The registration will not be considered complete until the check has been received by the conference registrar.

Who should the check be payable to?

The check shold be payable to "Northern Utah Immunization Coaliton"

Where should checks be mailed to?

Checks should be mailed to Wilson Elementary, ATTN: Kelly Hansen, NUIC Conference Registrar, 475 E 100 S, Logan, UT 84321.

Is there parking available at the conference venue?

There is ample parking available at the Timbermine Resturant. The parking is free.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the conference?

No.

Is my conference registration transferrable?

Yes, provided the ticket is being used by another individual within your organization. The conference registrar should be informed of the ticket transfer.

What is the conference registration fee refund policy?

Refunds are available for conference registration fees minus the Eventbrite processing fees to conference registrants through April 15, 2025. After April 15, 2025, no refunds will be available.
