2025 CMS-Wildland Fire Committee Meeting

The 2025 National Association of State Foresters’ CMS-Wildland Fire Committee Meeting is expected to attract national leaders and exhibitors in the wildfire and forest management sectors and provide ample opportunity to interact with speakers and industry representatives.

The 2025 NASF CMS-Wildland Fire Committee Meeting will be held at the We-Ko_Pa Casino Resort in Fort McDowell AZ, from January 13-17, 2025. The registration fee is $525 for attendees.

Registration will close on January 3, 2025.

After this date, the fee will rise to $625 for late registrations ($1600 for exhibitors), through January 10. Please make sure you are registered before the closing date. There will be no on-site registration.

LODGING & TRANSPORTATION

The NASF room block rate at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is $160/night. To book your discounted room, please visit this link or call (480)789-5300 and reference the CMS-Wildland Fire Meeting.

Reservations must be made no later than December 20, 2024 in order to receive these rates.

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is serviced by car rental companies, shuttle services, and rideshares.
