  • Event lasts 6 hours

Join us on Sunday, September 14th (rain date 09/21) from 11-5 on the Rose Kennedy Greenway as eaters of all backgrounds flood the greenway to sip, sample, and savor New England's finest food. The festival features nearly 100 food vendors, chef demos, a Family Fun Zone, a thrilling Seafood Throwdown, and our New England Village. The Boston Local Food Festival has become a Boston tradition, sharing the character of New England’s thriving food culture. As one of New England's largest one-day food events, the festival is a celebration of flavor and community, as more than 40,000 visitors pour through the Greenway.

If you are interested in getting involved, our volunteers are the engine that keeps the festival running. Volunteering at our festival provides excellent networking opportunities with like-minded volunteers, vendors, sponsors, and attendees. As part of our thanks, we will provide you a t-shirt and a $15 voucher at the beginning of your volunteer shift. We ask you to be committed, enthusiastic, and responsible while helping strengthen the New England food system. If you want to volunteer, please fill out this form or email Gabbie at gabrielle@sbnmass.org.
