How do I book a hotel room for the conference?

For hotel room reservations contact Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells Reservations Department at 1-800-746-2486. Reference the “Wisconsin Tribal Transportation Conference,” or Booking ID#: 13688, to get into the group block with the group rate of $107 per night.

Are the pre and post conference events an additional cost?

No. These event options are included with your conference registration. To sign-up, please check these events when selecting the activities you are planning to participate in. Seats are limited for both.

If I am registered for the conference, do I need to purchase a dinner ticket?

Extra dinner tickets only need to be purchased for guests who are planning to attend the dinner awards banquet but did not register for the conference.

Can arts and crafts vendors set up a table at the conference?

Contact Greg Blackdeer at GregBlack@ho-chunk.com directly if you would like to set-up an arts and craft vendor table only. Arts and crafts vendors can also register and pay as a vendor to have access to meals and other event activities that are included as part of registration.
