Rooted and Ready: From Conversation to Implementation
A follow-up to the Detroit Business Symposium. Bring what you heard on the panel back to the table and turn it into your next move.
The Detroit Business Symposium got the conversation started. This is where we put it to work.
Come sit with the Detroit Branch NAACP Economic Development Committee and go deeper on what the Rooted and Ready panel only had thirty minutes to cover.
Free workshop and conversation focused on:
What "ready to scale" actually looks like, and how you know when you are there
The financial foundation to have in place before you go after capital
Debt, equity, or grants, and which one fits where you are right now
The systems and the people that have to change so growth does not turn into chaos
Who it is for: business owners and people building one, at any stage. Just getting started, up and running and want it stronger, or established and ready to grow.
