In this workshop, you'll learn how to recognize the inner critic, understand its purpose, and develop a compassionate relationship with it.
Join us for a gentle exploration of self-criticism, compassion & your inner voice.
What if you stopped fighting your inner critic and invited it to tea instead? That critical voice often tells us we’re not good enough, not doing enough, or not getting things right. But what if that voice isn’t your enemy?
In this warm and reflective workshop, we’ll explore your relationship with the inner critic, understand its purpose, and develop a compassionate relationship with it.
Together, we’ll explore:
☕️ Recognizing your inner critic and the ways it shows up in your everyday life
☕️ Understanding where the critical voice comes from and what it may be trying to protect
☕️ Creating space between you and the critic so its voice doesn’t automatically become your truth
☕️ Practicing self-compassion without dismissing the parts of you that are struggling
☕️ Developing a kinder inner dialogue that supports rather than shames you.
Take this opportunity to slow down, reflect, and meet yourself with more curiosity and a lot less judgment. You don’t have to silence your inner critic, but you can learn to relate to it differently.✨
What to Expect: A supportive and welcoming space for reflection, guided writing exercises, and self-compassion practices. Come as you are. Your inner critic is welcome, too. They might need a cup of tea. ☕️
